Sending the correct number of troops to a resource

Will Plarium bring out an update so that when you go to farm a resource there is an option to send the correct amount to farm the entire resource without having to send too many troops?

Though maybe its not insurmountable to a programmmer, the problem with that request is,is that it will be a different amount for every player, and will differ for the same player, according to equipment and game bonuses.

I really like this idea! If we could have something like an auto-fill button next to each troop type that would assign only what is needed for the capacity to complete a tile, that would be perfect. 🍻

When I click on a resource tile I am told how much of the resource it holds.  When I click on "capture" and move the slider I am told the headcount and the capacity.  Once the capacity reaches the quantity of rss I know how many troops to send.  I play on pc, perhaps it is different on a mobile phone.

No it is the same on the mobile but I'm not one for big phones and still have a small screen.

As I have trained a lot of troops the slider goes from 0 - 250000 troops in a small movement on the bar.

I could just type it in manually but troop numbers will have to  vary as the amount each troop depends on type.

As S-PI said, if you've trained a ton of troops that slider can jump from 1 to 100k in a couple of pixels. Typing in the amount doesn't really work either unless you want to keep retyping the number as you adjust it to the necessary amount, and someone could easily beat you to a tile while you figure that out. Besides that, the game doesn't show the exact amount a tile has left and you usually have to aim for a capacity that's up to 100k higher than is actually necessary if you want the whole thing. Having an auto-fill button would easily solve these issues.
