This is your first post, which might indicate that you havent been playing very long.
Are you eligable for the competition?
Are you sure they are not registering?

I didn't get the points for training troops in clan battle which cost me the competition

You might find that you need to be logged in when the competition finishes.
It is not much of a contest if you log in at the start ,begin troop training, log out, a return expecting to just pick up your prize.

I do not know this for sure ... but seems if your only points are troop training you need to log in after they are trained (or maybe but not sure ... at least sometime during the cvc or kvk revenge) ...
