Help with game support
Folks, I am at my wits end. I really like this game, and I have spent a lot of money on it. However, I have a serious issue with the game and the in game support has been less than helpful. I am looking for suggestions on what if anything I can do next. I have repeatedly asked “support” to escalate my problem and they refuse. It is pretty clear to me that they do not understand what I am saying.
I crafted what was showing as a legendary Bjorn’s Helmet when I pushed the button, and I ended up with a simple Bjorn’s Helmet. “Support” says that they checked the logs and I used a simple rawhide in addition to the two other, more complex components, which were in fact legendary.
I know how much time I spent killing lynxes for rawhide, and I know I crafted legendary rawhide, and I know my Bjorn’s Helmet showed as legendary The legendary rawhide (along with an epic rawhide) is still in my inventory.
Is it even possible for a player to use simple rawhide when legendary is available? I think this has to be some kind of programming error.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
