I am having an issue with game loading

I just created my 6th account for playing vikings: war of clans. Five of them use chrome browser and my main uses facebook gamertoom. All of my accounts load perfectly except for the newest account(created 4 hrs ago). The newest account allways gets an internal error message when trying to load the game.

Obviously not an issue with my browser settings or cache since; 4 older accounts all load without issues. Also... every time i try to load game on the new account; the internal error allways comes up when the game's loading progress is at exactly 98%. I have all tried launching the game with the new account on the plarium play app(same internal error message). I have created a help ticket for both browsers. How long until i can expect to hear from support about this? Should i just say
"screw it" it and create another email and player profile since I haven't even gotten this 1 to load even once?

I am having the same problem. My main account loads with no problems but my new account has the connection error and their on the same browser, same computer and same IP but one works and the other one doesn't.

my phones account works fine but i tried to make an account on pc and i keep getting the internal error message as well. ive tried opera chrome internet explorer and firefox. ive also done a windows update and deleted the cache thing as they suggested. still not working..

I'm too having the same problem and it's already have 1 week since I made the account. Already tried another browser, cleaned the cache but the problem still persists.

Has anyone been able to create any new accounts? It really seems like this is an ongoing issue..

I also have been trying to log in to play online and I keeps coming up with internal error.  I am running windows 10 and have tried on IE, Firefox, Chrome and edge and all keep coming up with the same error.  I can only seem to play on my android phone......
