I was able to go back after maintenance for like maybe a whole 30 seconds and got kicked off. Now I cant get back on and my shield is coming down in 2 hours. I trust you will have the game connection FIXED before that happens or I am NOT going to be very happy with you Plarium
And there another maintenance. And withought notice announce. I start making new troups. Turn on busts, ask for food and it frizes and writing that there maintenance. And now food will be consumed.

Not sure if it's about your site but I got an email from a hacker pretending he installed a malware on my computer and giving me the ID and password I'm using on this website.
He asks for a ransom and, of course, I will ignore it but is there a possibility Plarium got hacked and does other members got that e-mail too?

I have been trying on an off since 1pm UK time (it's now 8.50pm). Every time I get the message about maintenance. I have tried hard closing the app on my phone and ipad, updating the app, deleting and re-installing the app but nothing works. I have now tried logging in on my PC but that isn't working either. Getting incredibly frustrated as I have read on Facebook that some people got in earlier and found that everyone's shields had dropped, despite them saying they had it on for some time already and wasn't due to run out. I do hope that this hasn't happened to everyone and the lucky few have taken advantage and destroy those who have lost their shields.
It's also a problem for those that work and need to sleep - what happens if everything comes back online during those times and they get hammered then because they just don't have the time to sit and refresh an app in the hope it starts to work.
Re the email T.Debacker, I will check my email to see - it might have gone in junk mail, but it's a very good shout out as to what might be going on really.....
It seems to work for the last 15 minutes now...
And yes, agreed, bad luck that some of us are in Europe and have a work life.
