Hi.  It has not been possible to send a rating for your support team as attempts to do so time out.  Up til now it has been possible to reply to the e-mails but on doins so to-day I received a message to say

My issue in detail is exactly as described.  Your servers can't cope with responses to your requests for feed back on your support team's work.


Please get some help with your servers.  There are plenty of competent people for this.

PS. You might also get some help with your programming.  Introducing updates is a bit of a waste of time when they result in lengthy downtime.
