You do realize the amount of total time in game is how long they are logged in and not how long they have been playing. Not to say this shouldn't be investigated/looked into.

Yes, whatever the playing time or total time, still can't be logic. We should all stand up against such as cheats, we spend a lot of money and if this account get any kind of special deal then i would like to get that deal too and sure many others would like to have it too.

the worst at this is that they are more jarls like this in the game.
When you sent a ticket to the support you get allways the same answer. We can not find that is something wrong or not correct with this jarl.
It is a joke!
With this inlfuence in this short time this jarl must spend very much money or had the best offers that I ever seen, or he hack!!
Much money spend could be, offers nooo ( I wait now over 8 weeks and get only very bad offers ), hack I think it could be (but only that I not believe that someone spend 1.000 of Euros in this game in this short time)

well, maybe the account is 2 year old, guy loggin 5 min each 2 month for buy superpack... and have only recently being active 2 days extra for build up his city...

This is very clear example of Cheat script with unlimited rss and boosts, if he keep play then sure others will stop invest in the game and start looking for such scripts.
We are asking for fair play, and that account is cheat no way it's has been done by rss or even golds.

Its not a cheat, I personally know people who create twink acc and for several months buying packs, lvlup hero to 60 but have 5lvl of town. Then they group up and together goin to another kingdom, use all they boosts to up all buildings and create a lot of units. In these case a guy just buyed a lot of packs for several time

You can't buy back "Mega offer" twice and you have to wait 2 month to buy another one. I consider this is cheat account with kind of script of unlimited rss and boosts. This account and similar one should be investigate.
