A player lvl 21 have attacked to boss of my clan who have lvl 12 about 30 times in an hour.
This must be prohibied because this player don't permis to progression a player of lower lvl.
This generates frustration in new players when they see that they can neither defend themselves nor progress.

This guy can use a shield.
I don't understand why he did this, but such rules (in my opinion it makes no sense).
Everyone complains about the fact that almost all the sit under the shields, and you're talking about the fact that your chief is constantly attacked 
Just use shield 
ROCKETMAN is right just tell him/her to be in an event which is clan or global and ask that player to buy shield from gold which is way easy to get this days. Shield up buddy!!
