Are you asking about rune fragments or the new runic coins?

Have you made a purchase from the bank and can't find the item? 

Usually purchased items are found in your inventory,which is found in the chest at the bottom of the town page, in the my items section.  Runic coins under resources .Rune fragments are in the rune workshop.

 If it isn't any of these, you will have to hope someone else knows what you are asking.
