I have a MacBook Air and same issue. I have done all usual recommended tasks but the same result. I, too, have reported the issue.

So far not fixed. Missed catching 4m very useful soul shards at Holmgang needed for the new levels. 

Looks like I'm gonna miss cvc as well. 

Not happy.

i got the same problem i can run i browswe but app is down in Imac and i have dona all as you recomment on the support page

Dear  Ivar,  you  may  remember  the  click  problem  i  faced,  which  took  about  6  months  to  get  fixed.  I  played  with  some  old  small  accounts  for  a  while ,  which  were  loaded  with  free  stuff  and i hardly  spent  money  on  my  main  accounts.  But  those  small  accounts  are  big  now,  and  i  don have  that  alternative  any  more.  And  surely  i  will  not  wait  another  six  months.   Everyone  else  is  growing  and  i'm  seriously  handicapped.  I'm  not  goimg  to  wait  long  before  i  stop  playing  this  time.
