May 2 received message that comp package being given to players of the kvk because of an error in computation of points. Although I was top scorer in my clan ii did not receive this package. Thankk you for your help

Thank you so much for replying to me. I am 82 yrs old and not sure if I ever reached the people who could help me lol. but not going to let my frustraation over this glitch spoil the game. At my age I need the adrenalin to get me gpomg.
If you are very busy in the game, its easy for system messages to be overlooked,or disappear before you have had a chance to read them.
Assuming that you didn't already do this, hence your complaint.
I would suggest checking mail for system message reports, this should tell you if they sent any about the compensation packages.
Of course it wont tell you if you actually got them unless, you knew on what you had before, and what you have now.
