Issues with loading the web version of the game
There are several ways to solve loading issues.
1. Try clearing the browser cache.
For Internet Explorer: Settings ➝ Internet Options ➝ General ➝ Delete ➝ ОK.
For Mozilla Firefox: Options ➝ Advanced ➝ Network ➝ Cached Web Content ➝ Clear Now.
For Opera: Settings ➝ Preferences ➝ Advanced ➝ History ➝ Disk Cache ➝ Empty Now.
For Google Chrome: Settings ➝ Show advanced settings ➝ Privacy ➝ Clear browsing data ➝ Cached images and files.
2. Use a different browser.
If you have encountered issues loading the game on Plarium.com while using a certain browser, try running it in a different browser.
3. Update your browser to the latest version.
For Internet Explorer: Toolbar ➝ Windows Update Center ➝ Check for Updates.
For Mozilla Firefox: Menu ➝ Help ➝ About Firefox ➝ Restart to Update.
For Opera: Help ➝ Check for Updates.
For Google Chrome: Menu ➝ Update Google Chrome ➝ Restart.
4. Check if WebGL is supported in your browser.
In Chrome:
1. Go to this page to find out if WebGL is enabled in your browser. If you see the same message as in the screenshot, WebGL is enabled.
If there is no animated cube on the screen and you see an error or WebGL malfunction message, WebGL is not enabled in your browser.
2. If you’ve made sure it is not enabled, you can begin the activation process:
1) Update Chrome to the latest version
2) Enable hardware acceleration:
- Enter “chrome://settings” in the browser URL bar
- Click “Show advanced settings”
- Find “Use hardware acceleration when available” and check the box
- Relaunch Chrome for any changes to take effect
3) Check WebGL status:
- Enter “chrome://gpu” in the browser URL bar
- Find the “WebGL: Hardware accelerated” element in the “Graphics Feature Status” list
- If the “Hardware accelerated” caption is green, WebGL is enabled in your browser.
In Firefox:
1. Go to this page to find out if WebGL is enabled for your browser. If you see the same message as in the screenshot, WebGL is enabled.
If there is no animated cube on the screen and you see an error or WebGL malfunction message, WebGL is not enabled in your browser.
2. If you’ve made sure it is not enabled, you can begin the activation process:
1) Update Mozilla Firefox to the latest version
2) Enable WebGL:
- Enter “about:config” in the browser URL bar
- Click “I accept the risk!” in the window that appears
- Ctrl+F to bring up the search bar, find "webgl.disabled" parameter and make sure its value is “false” (on the right)
- If the value is “true,” double click the parameter and alter the value
- Click “Menu”, then “Exit”
- Relaunch the browser
In Opera:
1. Go to this page to find out if WebGL is enabled for your browser. If you see the same message as in the screenshot, WebGL is enabled.
If there is no animated cube on the screen and you see an error or WebGL malfunction message, WebGL is not enabled in your browser.
2. If you’ve made sure it is not enabled, you can begin the activation process:
1) Update Opera to the latest version
2) Enable WebGL:
- Enter “browser://flags/” in the browser URL bar
- Enter “WebGL” in “Search for experimental features” and select “Enable” in “WebGL Draft Extensions” and “WebGL 2.0 Prototype”
- Close the configuration window and relaunch the browser
WebGL usually runs perfectly after following these recommendations.
