disappearing armor and massive blue rings

Decided to consolidate all items and revamp my armor yesterday 2/4/21 and checked today to continue and everything is gone and nothing but blue rings on most everything, will attempt reboot of my system and game but this really shouldn't happen even if my game/system has been running for a few days
