Support failure

I thought the whole idea of reporting problems was so that glitches could be fixed and problems resolved.  Not as a source of amusement for the support team. Often when I submit a ticket the response I get back is almost amusing. Currently lag is really bad if you try to play using a browser. After rebooting and clearing all files several times the issue continues. When the issue is reported denial is the first response. Was told to do what was done before the ticket was submitted.

Recently several people could not approach the center of the map. The problem was obviously on your side yet as a response to the ticket i was sent settings for google graphics. Nothing wrong with my google graphics it is YOU YOU YOU YOU Now fix the damn lag.

If you didn't contact our support team yet, please describe your issue in more detail. I want to help. What happens when you approach the center of the Global Map? Does the issue persists in different browsers or in Plarium Play application?

Hey,

I mean he is kinda right. Every time you write to the support the answer is almost the same. "We are aware of the issues" blabla.... it`s like the answers are all prewritten and you just get copy-pasted answers every single time. I often feel like the support doesn`t care at all and it`s more like " oh yea sure we answer every ticket in <24h so we are a good support"... there are well known bugs in the game for months now. Players are trying to report those, but nothing happens... Players are having problems " We are aware of the issue"... xD oh are you? Great xD

Writing the support doesn`t help you at all unfortunetly and as soon as you want more information or you write an answer to that, they are like "we`ve already solved your problem so we close the ticket now" xD nice service

It´s kinda giga sad that a company like Plarium cannot effort a support team that is acually trying to help, although there are several players spending a load of money every month and still they don´t get a better treatment. Besides the buggs this is the biggest problem of this game and it`s really frustrating and disappointing.
