Support failure
I thought the whole idea of reporting problems was so that glitches could be fixed and problems resolved. Not as a source of amusement for the support team. Often when I submit a ticket the response I get back is almost amusing. Currently lag is really bad if you try to play using a browser. After rebooting and clearing all files several times the issue continues. When the issue is reported denial is the first response. Was told to do what was done before the ticket was submitted.
Recently several people could not approach the center of the map. The problem was obviously on your side yet as a response to the ticket i was sent settings for google graphics. Nothing wrong with my google graphics it is YOU YOU YOU YOU Now fix the damn lag.
