For Android: Please check your Internet connection or use another access point. Make sure your device's antivirus is not blocking the application. Try to clear the cache of the game and peripheral applications. 

For iOS: Please check your Internet connection or use another access point. Close all applications that are running in the background.

You can also try to restart your device or reinstalling the game, but make sure your game account is synced with one of the services: Facebook/Google Play/Game Center/Apple ID/Plarium ID.

Can it be a problem with servers? I have cleared cash memory, my access point an other internet connection is perfect on other internet sites. In last 3 days I can not connect only here and I have lost all resorts and  all army. It freezes from 91 to 97%.
