several times now I had double towns, not freeing the space after a jump. Totally clickable as if the town were there.

Seen this on several towns now.

Sometimes a jump into another clan's area helps but not always. Sometimes after several minutes of waiting it works with the next jump.

Plarium, not only does this cost us a lot of unnecessary jumps (money), but also a lot of bad mood since your (awful) game-in-game secret-spots stay occupied.
