guess i got the same problem

It eventually goes away.

Now, another issue - I've finished farming some tiles and the troops have returned to town. However, those tiles are still flagged as occupied by my troops ... (however, they don't take any Garrions slots).

Now me too on both those issues.

I moved my town to take advantage of  new tile sent a troop, and its stuck there , cant recall it  and I have two towns,

I don't even know if restarting the game will help as logging back in is problem, and from what happened earlier, by the time I get back in someone else will have the tile.

UPDATE, got back in , and back to one town, but my troop is still stuck on the tile.

Now trying again , but the loading is taking ages , it will have been a complete waste of moving, I could have been doing something else instead of going for the next level.
