All the issues that came with the new update should be fixed at the moment. If they are still relevant to you, please follow the steps below:
1. If you're using Plarium Play application, please reinstall it.
2. If you're using browser, please clear it's cache in it's settings.
Please send me a private message. To be able to conduct the thorough investigation, we need your User ID and your game version. To find them, go to the Menu, About the game section. Please also provide us with the version of all browsers you use to play the game, specify your PC's configuration and attach the screenshot of the error.
To check your PC's configuration for Windows, please follow the steps below:
1. Hold "Win" + "R".
2. Insert "dxdiag" in the line and tap "Enter".
3. Attach screenshots of the "System" and "Display" tabs.
If you're using Plarium Play we also would neeed a log that should ba made ONLY right after appearing of the error (without refreshing neither the game nor the tab). Log can be found by: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Plarium\PlariumPlay\StandAloneApps\vikings\folder with numbers in the name. File's name is "log"

I am trying to get together the info you requested, it is not easy. The only thing I can add now is that it is only enemy towns in home kingdom that are still dark blobs. In enemy kingdoms it is all towns from my kingdom, in enemy kingdoms it only affects towns from my home kingdom who are dark blobs.
