Ivar I have also seen this situation, in fact I believe I posted about it on the forum a while back.

I never really bothered pushing the issue , because though it still occurs ,I came to the conclusion that it was connected to the VIP running out,as it appears to only affect the premium tasks.

It seems to me  that the VIP runs out , you pay gold or use points to restore it ,and it gives you back the premium tasks, then sometime later, probably connected to disconnecting from the game,not remembering that you completed all the tasks categories, when on reconnecting  the game loads the"lost" premium tasks, which you cannot complete.

Update on this issue.

What I believe happens is.

The VIP runs out, after renewing it the premium tasks appear and work properly.

Sometime later,on returning to the game, there is a set of premium tasks which will not work.

These tasks are a duplicate of the tasks previously completed.
