So, to post on this Plarium actually doesnt care about you as a player or a customer. They're blaming it on Timezones instead of actually doing anything about the issue. I've posted 4 pictures below. Forgot to add the 5th where i opened the support ticket but it's basicly just information of what happened. The same thing that happened everybody else in here! I've cropped out some info.
They're blaming it on individual devices such as phones. Which is BS. Cause they way the game works is that all Kingdoms are hosted on servers, which there uses the servers system time and not device time such as your phones or personal computers
Why? Because if they would've done that, then it's easy to abuse it by just changing your devices system time for lets say. The KVK starts in 6 hours. Okay, just put my time to 6 hours ahead and you can already move kingdom and attack your enemies tile and you're gaining points for a KvK.
So already there they're lying to me in the support ticket. The KVK event is the same time for everybody. Doesnt matter if i live in UK or Australia, it's still the same event start time!
So basicly Plarium as developer will treat you as id*ots per default, they wont do anything in anyway to compensate you because they just dont care at all.
