Please note when you login the game, the data is loaded into your device's memory - that's the game working principle. Every time you update the application, it takes the part of RAM on your device. This kind of failure happens in case your device cannot load the application data due to the lack of RAM or unstable Internet connection.
Please check your Internet connection again or use another access point. Make sure that your device has enough memory after installing the update. Try to clear the cache of the game and peripheral applications. Switch off visual effects in the game Settings. If the issue persists, please launch the game on another device.
