Hello plarium team,

I am the player from kingdom 797 and my whole clan, The P@ck, could not have been log in the game since yesterday evening(02.10.2019). And cvc was going on. We all tried cleaning cache, installing and reinstalling, and everything we can. Our internet connection are totally fine and they cannot be bad at the same time as we are from all around the world. We didn't have the chance to put a longer period of shield because nobody knew this problem was coming. I am sure that my shield is also expired. 

Please fix the probelm and compansate our losts as there might be because of lack of shield and being inactive during cvc. This kind of irresponsible probelm lead to the people leaving the game.
