Try clicking on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the screen and on "settings" on the drop down menu then "privacy and security" from the menu on the left and then "clear browsing history".
You will need to do this each time a change is made to the programming during a maintenance period.
If you cannot follow that sequence of clicks search for the way to clear the cache in the browser that you use. If you don't know which browser, see if you can find a brother or sister or friend to help who is a bit more knowledgeable about PCs.
