Hmmm, a personal attack? Really?... "Sometimes it can be WHO..".........Really? I surely hope you do not actually get Paid for these kind of responses. I mean to personally ATTACK a PAYING customer? I did not deserve that, I did not attack you or anyone. Was I Blunt? yes, Was I direct and to the point? sure. But I certainly hope there is someone above you with more ability to handle customer concerns. I will, of course, be sharing with any and all that will hear how Plarium thinks that those who pay them cash, should be treated.

HONOR, INDEED YOU ARE RIGHT! I have logged into my ONE account, had MILLIONS of Resources SENT & Opened to me in REPORTS, and they NEVER show UP in my Town screen Resource Box.. the AMOUNT NEVER Changes..the Response I GET is.."Here is a Screen shot of your received Resources". you Have them". :/  well, they've been "Opened" IN REPORTS, But NEVER CREDITED to MY Resources in MY Resources box @ Upper Left of Town Page.  :(  still getting the run around from support..:/  I am NOT spending another DIME on this FLAWED Game EITHER!!  I think that your situation is not the same.

Have you checked the drop down box  in the area you mentioned, this is where "extras" found in tiles go?

If you play on a mobile device check the treaure chest and then my items, you will find your resources here or try the palace it tells you there as well.
