Lost equipements
Tonight, I lost two equipment amulet of my hero. And ít lost the same position : left amulet.
First, White amulet + 8% Build and 32% Food,
Then Blue Amulet +33% Build.
Help me !!! Thanks

It would be good if ADMIN could give us an update.
I'm in the same boat...the game stole two of my new Epic pieces...and now I'm also afraid to make new gear in case it too gets stolen.

I have similar issue, I lost my helm of the north, which they recovered in about 10 days. At the same time I had a second bug that I reported the bug with my left amulet where I am NOT getting the effect, and as soon as I equipe one amulet, both my falcon gets "equiped" in the right amulet slot. , provided all the screenshot they asked, then suddenly just now my account is banned with no explaination.

I have lost 3 amulets in the past 14 days.
First I lost a legendary Falcon Figurine from the right amulet slot of the hero on my alt.
That was restored by Support based on a screenshot that I provided.
Then I lost a legendary Plated Gauntlet from the left amulet slot of the hero on my alt.
That was restored after five days by Support, a few hours ago.
I also lost a legendary Plated Gauntlet from the left amulet slot of the hero on my main account, gemmed with legendary Emerald, Peridot, and Amber. It would have been crafted a few months ago, in the same period as my other invader equipment.
Support are refusing to restore it, because they think it is the same request as the Plated Gauntlet from my alt account.May 13, 2019, 10:2805/13/19

Hello plarium. Ive lost an epic raven amulet a month ago but didnt think nothing of it until this morning i found my legendary ravens with legendary topaz an 8% silver production increase gem with my only rare rune prosperity has vanished . it will take a long time to replace those items as i need gear for leifs equipment for a seige army withing my clan wolverines bite kingdom447 EYNIYARSTER. - your game ID ("Menu' --> "About the game");
- exact date and time of vanishing your equipment;
- name and quality of that equip, and if there were gems and runes, specify please names and quality;
