It seems my plight has fallen on deaf ears. I have requested help three times from support. No response. My shaman is permanently out of town. No way to bring him back as he is NOT  really out of town. My game just thinks he is. I was banishing ghosts, the game crashed, and when i came back on I had no shaman. I can`t fight without the shaman, therefore there is no reason to train troops. No reason to buy resources for troop training. I can`t efficiently upgrade without the shaman, so there is no reason to buy resources to upgrade. Do you see where i`m going with this? I was a big buyer of your bank deals. However, there is no reason to buy anything now. Your lack of response has irritated me to no end. It is not that difficult to at least let someone know that the problem is being looked at.
