Axe of the North missing

I have owned the Axe of the North pretty much since I started this game and for some reason it has disappeared from both my hero and my inventory.

I know for a fact that I did not delete it because I have not touched it since I replaced the hems in it this morning. The only reason I noticed that it was missing was because I was no longer benefiting from the instant speedup bonus.

Unless this item was only temporary, I would like it returned. I paid for the starter bundle which included it, if that makes a difference.

Three items vanished from the hero equipment: helmet, boots and one of the amulets.
I had just prepared and changed a new weapon, closed the browser. I connected back after several minutes, then noticed the missing equip. Reload did not help.

I am also missing a piece of legendary special equipment - Bjorns Goblet. I created a ticket to see if there's a resolution. Let's hope so...

My 2 pieces of epic armor went missing but I got a copy of my epic axe. Weird. How long does it take for them to fix this? I need that armor for food production. I'm afraid to make good armor now.

I contacted support but it's been a couple of days but still nothing.

GIVE ME BACK MY EQUIPMENT ALREADY!!!!! (please) 😊

Anybody get their stuff back yet? Support asked me for more details then told me they're still looking into it. How long does it take to pull up the data on my account and see my Hero's armor and helmet go AWOL while she was wearing it? "POOF" ....just gone.

I'm getting impatient. I refuse to spend any more money where my items just spontaneously disappear and I'm not reimburse for it.

I've been hit twice by this glitch...An Epic Jarl's Mantle and an Epic Golden Ring in the last few days. Have support come up with a fix and do we get our stuff back?

Hi Ivar, Support is aware of the problem and they're working on getting my armor back to me. They have all the info. Thank you for responding.

Epic Heathen armor. Peridot and Topaz gems.

And Epic Jarls helmet...I forget what gems.

I don't care about the gems, they weren't that great anyway. I really just want the armor and helmet back. I am not sure whether I should just make new armor or not at this point. It's getting frustrating.

I understand there are thousands of players asking support for help and they are very busy.

I think I'm just going to make Legendary armor to replace it. I would have eventually anyway.

Last week an Epic Victor's Bracelet disappeared off my hero. I have since made another. Today an Epic Falcon figurine disappeared.

I mostly want to know if the problem itself is getting fixed. Waste of money if things are this buggy. What's the status on fixing the underlining bug?

The only reason I noticed that it was missing was because I was no longer benefiting from the instant speedup bonus. </p>Unless this item was only temporary, I would like it returned.
