I had to uninstall the game to install the latest update. But my profile was not related to Facebook or Google Play. So i had to do a new game. I lost all my old profile !!!!
How can i recover all my data from my old profile ? The name of my avatar is LedPix35 and i m the chief of the brn99 clan in the 571 kingdom.

You are not the first this has happened to, but I have never heard of having to uninstall the game to install the update before.
If you have your old account details. ie name and email you ought to be able to just type them in on the log in page.
If that doesnt work the admin may be able to help you.

I am no expert, but it seems uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game has somehow over written your first account, and because you expected to just be able to use your old details to log in, it appears to have tied them to the new one.
Dont know if this would work or not, change your log in details on the new account using a different email and name.Then try using your old log in details to see what happens.
It may be best to wait for the administrators to read your message,or speed things up by writing directly to them, or through the support system.
