One of the reasons you see advanced players in newer kingdoms, is by using drakkars,they have moved there from dying kingdoms, another is some people are weathly and can afford to buy progress,
Connected to both of these, in new kingdoms those that have played before have used tools to start new clans there, to dominate them from the beginning, and so give novice players little chance of establishing themselves.
