Received nothing after buying a package

I spent money ($9.99) on Vikings War of the Clans for the first time today, and the result was very disappointing. My credit card was charged, but I never received any of the promised gold, boosts, etc within the game. I reported the problem on the game's Help page, but after over seven hours of waiting I still have received no response. Is it because it is a Sunday? I am going to dispute the charges on my credit card if I receive no help on this. Makes me very disillusioned with playing the game at all.

  • The date of purchasing the bank offer;

I bought a package, I gave them all the details but they still day that they don't have enough infos.

In my case I be bought the package and even if the game recognize that I have bought it because I could not buy another one and Google confirmed the pay I have received some parts of the gold next day. It might not be obvious but the promised resources have been delivered but there are scattered in the game, you must know very well the menu and where are thing in order to use them.

Sounds to me like you might have got everything that you bought.

Though it might be nice if the package went to a place where you could check its contents,whatever you buy in a package is scattered to the places the individual items are normally stored.

Brought a pack for 4.99 today and have not received a thing I tried logging out and back in it said my purchase was successfully done but still have not received anything please sort out asap as this is affecting my mood and gameplay
