Thanks, I play on the Plarium.com account because I can not play on the phone. I have to wait for the possibility to log in to Plarium.com on my phone.

When you create and start game you get rewards when you sync with your social accounts, but you can not use it after to sync with other platforms !

This is known since years and there is no BIG warning when you sign in...

I' m too far in the game now to restart.

I will probably quit game if no solution is coming soon to transfer or sync game

GREAT NEWS !!!

Since today's update you can link your existing Plarium account to an Android device and play on your phone or PC !!!!

I got very happy to see I could link my account to my Android.  I have been playing on Plarium PC app for a long time and was a level 24.  After I linked my Android account I can no longer access my saved game and have lost everything.  Started from the very beginning.  This is VERY disappointing as I had spent quite a bit of real money buying various upgrades and gold etc. and now it looks to be totally gone.  I even had 2 active subscriptions for Gold and Silver active.  I am stunned and if they cannot fix this I might be gone forever from here...

I am not sure where you got the idea that you could do as you attempted.

It reads,

 Account linking

To save or restore your game progress on a device, in-game Plarium ID linking is now available. For users of iOS 13 or later, Apple ID linking is available.  

Either I did not read this as you did, or misunderstood the text, as I did not think it says that you can transfer the game from a pc  browser version to a mobile device.

Perhaps it is now actually possible, or were you mislead by this ?

This just happened to me (or similar) and I am crushed. I had two accounts, but when I linked my iOS account to my PC my previous PC account vanished.

1. The name of the Kingdom, the coordinates of your lost Town, the exact name of your Clan, its tag and your name in the game.
2. The receipts of purchases made on your lost account. You can find the purchase history by following the steps described here:

- for Facebook https://en-gb.facebook.com/help/220279601335568?helpref=uf_permalink

- For Plarium.com you can find the receipts in your e-mail messages.  

3. Specify your email, device model and the approximate amount of Gold left on your lost account.

As I am presently without a suitable mobile device,rather than for personal interest,my post was in response TOPSPEED's  who had lost the game through trying to link the account,and also others who might encounter difficulties in a similar manner,which I have noticed one other player has written about.

With regards to Alice's post, https://plarium.com/forum/en/vikings-war-of-clans/666_game-database/186232_linking-your-account-to-plarium ,which I had already viewed.

In case the suggestion that linking was now available was bogus, or if genuine, the information  it contains ought to have been published before the update actually happened, to inform and forestall any potential difficulties players might have.

My initial reaction to Alice's post was,Wow, someone has taken rapid notice of my suggestion,so I was very pleased to see her post.  

Having checked the times of my post and hers  it would seem to confirm this.

The fact the information is  now on the forum, should be useful for reference in the future.

Hi, wonder if anyone can help. I thought it would be nice to have a second account so I got my son to create an account on his phone and link to A Plarium ID.  I have restored on my phone using his created Plarium ID and whilst all seemed well twice now In two days I have a sync issue.  Is what I am doing possible? And am I doing something wrong ?
