Desktop Browser link to Facebook not working

I have read countless threads saying it is not possible to link a browser profile to mobile. Then a post saying it was being addressed. Then someone said you can link browser to Facebook and then restore on mobile. 

I found the link in the browser version that clearly says Connect your account to Facebook. I click it and it opens. It shows the correct email in there and has icons for both Facebook and Google Play. 

It then presents me a link to my public profile with a copy to clipboard clip. 

So what now? When I open Facebook On pc I see Vikings but it’s a new account. Blank. No option to restore like mobile does. So is this link account to Facebook in the game broken or am I missing some obscure step?

If you originally started your account on the pc through plarium.com ... then you can not put it on your phone ... I am not sure from what you say if that is what you are talking about.

If you started the game on plarium.com portal, unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your game account to your mobile device or facebook.com website. Plarium.com website does not support the functionality of synchronization for transferring the game process.

However, you can use the linking to social networking services on the portal for your convenience when logging into the game.

Thank you to both of you. That is what I was ultimately trying to acomplish. I realize it is not possible to go to mobile. 

But in this case what I mean is when I log in on the browser, and go to my profile there is a “Link Account to...” button. When I click that Facebook and Google play are there as what I assume (and here may be my confusion) is where you would select one or the other to complete the link. However they are sort of grayed out. 

So my question is what does that link button do? I know I am missing something. But when I read it the text clearly says Link account to Facebook. 

Why is it grayed out? What would it accomplish if it were not? I am resigned to not being able to play that account on mobile. But I would like to play it via Facebook game room. However once I open ganeroom or Facebook games in browser the game profile is not the same. 

Again thank you all for your time and I apologize for bringing such an old subject up once again.

As far as I know you can't play it through facebook ... only directly through plarium ... and it is greyed out because it isn't available to you.

Hello everyone,


My situation is almost similar to this but it is opposite. I already linked facebook account on Vikings/plarium app on my device tablet, when I go on the desktop and I used the fb account and it wasn't same as my device tablet. How do I solve this?

Accounts started on one format cannot be transferred to the other, so though your problem seems to be the opposite , it really isn't.

my facebook links have all disappeared and not shown ,I  have attempted to follow the process on facebook but no joy just the error box saying i have opted out of game which is not the case

I reinstall the game - doesn't work!

I tried with other browsers and with app from store too - doesn't work!

Tried to sign up on-line in browser, not in plarium play - doesn't work!

Please, if anyone have an idea how to login again ,please, write me!

This problem start up when my wife reset the windows ;-/ and then...this!
