Eventually, with luck, and preferably quickly, the kingdom realises that attacking players in your own kingdom is bad for the kingdom.

Exactly. MOST , not all by any means, Kingdoms settle into a "peace" where your tiles are safe to yield without being attacked. Unshielded players can , and will, usually be attacked evn in a peaceful Kingdom. In Kingdom tile hitters are almost universially frowned upon though.

Figured as much  same people keep Attacking Me and  In  same kingdom just think Wrong you have to attack people in Same Kingdom constantly.
