Are  you talking about for a competition, or to move 'permanently', (of course moving again is currently an option)?

Moving in either option can be investigated, or done the same way,but its easier for competitions as you can follow the installed link.

This is found by opening the competition and scrolling down till you see the opposition, click on the 'i' of their symbol and follow the new link.

Explore and follow the prompted instructions.

Taking up residence comes with restrictions, the first of which is being Palace 21, there are other subsequent qualifications.

If you want to access the kingdoms page , you need the global view. then open the mini map , which gives the option to view kingdoms.

Type in the number you wish to look at, and /or click a picture,and again follow the instructions.

You need drakkars.  

It used to be the case that they were only available for money (and that is still how people mostly get them) but currently there are two included in the monthly epic quest reward and they occasionally show up in late checkpoints for one event or another - check the Trick of the Gods events in particular.   I have picked up 18 like that (they appear in the "bonuses" section of "Items").

The larger the town the more drakkars are required.

Be sure you really want to move kingdoms before you do, it doesn't tell you that once you move you are then stuck in the new kingdom for at least 4 weeks.  To move on to some kingdoms is an even longer wait.

As above, the novice jump is no longer available, you need to get to palace 21, and get drakkars, token, and hope there is room in the kingdom, and that it is open to relocaters.

Without buying drakkars, your only option is winning them from competitions, etc
