You can edit your post if you make a mistake  want to add or remove something.

You can block players, as in one of the secret achievements, but only the operators can ban players, but they would have to be convinced they broke some rule.

I do not know if you can block players if you are not in a clan,but if you are, you need to open the clan page, the block button is located at the bottom of the page. 

I have just checked and by clicking on  a player, it opens their personal information, and here you will also find the block button.
