Plarium being unfair

i  Have  had  occassions  where  a  malfunction  in  the  Plarium  platform  has  caused  me  to  suffer  losses  of  troops,  boosts,  etc.  Plarium  will  investigates  when  this  happens  and  will  arbitrarily  credit  back  what  they  feel  is  adaquate  reimbursement  for  the  lost  items.  

in  these  cases,  i  would  think  that  you  would  want  to  indemnify  the  player,  I.  E.  Put  them  back  in  the  same  position  they  enjoyed  before  the  Plarium  malfunction.  Actual  experience  has  shown  that  you  refuse  to  make  the  player  whole  and  force  them  to  accept  less  then  the  actual  loss  sustained.  Can  you  please  explain  why  you  refuse  to  credit  back  the  actual  loss?

There  is  nothing  technical  about  this  question.  Its  a  matter  of  company  policy  and  basic  fairness.

Seems that's a technicality.

I am guessing that no one that can deal with your problem is directly connected to your gripe.

You are reliant on someone here, or the technical people, passing it on those that can answer,and would do so, and make good what you feel you have lost.

The games been a problem lately,lagging really badly,with the return of sticky map scrolling, unwarranted and unwanted messages flashing up causing needless delays. 

 The rush as the competition was closing making it even worse, likely caused me to not win my match.
