Plarium being unfair
i Have had occassions where a malfunction in the Plarium platform has caused me to suffer losses of troops, boosts, etc. Plarium will investigates when this happens and will arbitrarily credit back what they feel is adaquate reimbursement for the lost items.
in these cases, i would think that you would want to indemnify the player, I. E. Put them back in the same position they enjoyed before the Plarium malfunction. Actual experience has shown that you refuse to make the player whole and force them to accept less then the actual loss sustained. Can you please explain why you refuse to credit back the actual loss?
