You can earn them for personal and Clan achievements in "Kingdoms Battle: Revenge" and still for "Kingdoms Battle: Fury" global Competitions.

You can get Domain Guard items for personal achievements only if your Kingdom wins, but for Clan achievements, you can get them regardless of the Competition result.

Domain guards were not included in the Fury rewards last weekend. Will look forward to KVKR. Thanks.

They are also in some daily/weekly tasks. Extra if you have membership in Northern Brotherhood. Only a couple a week, but hey anything helps. 

You can get them from bank offers too btw.

There are very few Bank Offers with Domain Guards and none in Tasks...this is a shame as so many of the competition requirements have resource yeilding in resource locations....iti's a win/win situation for Plarium to make these available to buy.

I  think you are missing the point.

They are not requirements, but they are ways of  scoring.

If they did as yyou desired, then everone would be able to buy and use domain guards, which would mean there were no tile targets, everyone would be safe there, so there would be no advantage gained, apart from perhaps being able to reach your target levels, but as I just pointed out so would everyone else, you wouldn't be any further ahead.

Not so much of a win win after all.....??????/
