The fact that  you have mentioned 2 different companies,the second which you seem even more uncertain of what it is, and which doesnt even sound connected to games, suggests a worrying financial situation.

I don't know who or where they are, but does Plarium know when you sell a defective product you have to re-embures the whole price if it isn't corrected sufficiantly,.. Who 3 years in this game and thousands of dollars I could buy a new car when I get all that back. then go find a game that works like advertised,..

For the OP, I received an inquiry from plarium about chargebacks. I sent them an explanation that I had 'gardenscapesUS' on my CC bill right after Thanksgiving (last week of nov) and charged them back as I have never downloaded this game. They confirmed those charges were in fact for vikings and they had a temp billing name change.

RE: Dollar Value Convertion:

Can someone please tell me if different country currency value against the US dollar be reflected in the conversation rate on packages value.

At the moment the US dollar is losing its value against the Australian dollar. 

Why is this differnce not being reflected in the costing of packs, if the Australian dollar continues to rise and maybe become parity to the US dollar will the cost come down?

Banks and credit cards adjust their convertions according to the market value, why doesn't Plarium do this?

You are probably looking for some official answer, however I would say that  unless theres a very dramatic or consistant  exchange rate its not going to have much impact on the cost of packs.

Currency questions, which do have some legitimacy, have been raised before but you have to consider that banks are in the money business, and its going to affect them much more than a company who is just selling a product.
