I am stuck on leveling up my hero from 64 to 65. I went into the clan store and purchased with loyalty points all of the hero keys, but i can not locate where the keys went and the keys did not unlock the hero.
What do you see when you click on your Hero's picture and on "Unlock level"?
The fact that you must have gone through the system before would suggest that you know what to do, so something has changed since your last key acquisition,purchase,usage or perhaps something has gone wrong.
As in the other answer to the question" where are my keys?",have a look in the chest,my items then resources,to see if there are any there.
I have just checked,after going to the clan store ordering a key, it appear that my purchase was delivered to my items /resources, so that part seems to be working.
I also can't unlock the level.
I cannot advise you as to if something is wrong or how to unlock the levels as I havent got that far yet.

If you bought all the Keys needed they SHOULD already be there. No need to "see" them. Open Hero, click on bottom left. In the space marked "Unlock Level" click on it. There you go, you found them and used them to upgrade your Hero level.
