We are thinking to create a new StrongHold but we do have 2 main doubts.
[1] How much influence does it provide? . I mean just creating the StronHold, not the buildings inside.
[2] Is it possible to boost the SH creation or the boosts are just for resource transformations?

There isn't much point in having a Stronghold if you are not going to build or research inside,It will just be an unnecessary millstone around your necks.
Adding just the stronghold adds a considerable amount of influence.
From memory,I think its 1 billion, but presently I cant find anywhere it is written down.

Yes its possible to speed up the building process, otherwise you wait a maximum of 12 weeks for completion.
Once built , it doesn't stop there.
Struggle to get the scrolls for it?
You need more scrolls to build inside ,and you have to send ordinary resources to the vault and then convert them into special resources in order to start anything or to do upgrading.
Inside there is are regulators for transformations, which can change the time or cost depending on choice of need .
Though you can use Stronghold boosts to speed up processes.
