I do not know how they even managed to do this. There are some smart people about with some that just like to be controversial.

Otherwise, I do not know if its illegal to use the symbol  here or not, I suppose it depends on who you are and where you live  because I know it is illegal to use it in Germany.

Apart from that the symbol is quite old and was used in decoration, there are two forms of it, one where it runs clockwise and the other anticlockwise  and of course in films, as in real life some mimic the design.
