You can. If you update your Plarium profile picture (by logging into plairum.com or the plarium play app) you can change the profile picture to one of their pre-set icons from all of their games or upload your own picture. After updating the picture on your Plarium profile you can then log back into the game and go to your player avatar and choose the plarium profile picture options and change it. Note: If you do not have a avatar change item you will have to pay 2k gold to do so (I think.)

Then, if you want your Plarium profile and Player avatar to be different you can go back and change your Plarium profile picture again because it will not automatically update the avatar to the new one unless you pay the 2k again.
