Quests

I upgraded my castle to level 25 and next time the daily quests appeared the targets were ten times higher.

I guess it makes sense to set higher targets as a town progresses and castle size is as good a trigger point as any - but it is something of a blow.

I had been burning quest reward goodies freely but will now have to be more careful with the stock I have.

The rewards stay the same as far as I can see.  I wonder if they might sensibly go up just a bit.  At the lower targets they were worth spending a little time, effort and resources/speed ups on, at the higher targets perhaps not so.

P.S.  Ten times is a slight exaggeration - six or seven times seems closer to the mark for a number of quest types.  Does anyone know at what palace size the next hike kicks in ?

The rewards do go up some as the requirements go up.

I had a look at the daily rewards and you are right in that there is a small increase in the 3 and 8 hour boosts - also a couple of extra 1k Shaman power if you fulfil the legendary quest.  No doubt there is a similar meagre increase to the weekly and monthly ones.

The encouragement added by two extra three hour boosts is not a whole lot.

I have not looked at the Northern Brotherhood rewards.  Maybe they go up more significantly as plarium would presumably want to promote sales.

You may have not noticed this before, but what you described here is no different than already happens in other areas of the game and it sucks.

Getting to the next stage, doesnt suddenly make you more able to achieve the higher goals set that come with this new stage, especially where those goals involve in spending (more)real money in order to complete them.
