There is only one explanation, the technical section has been blocked,either accidentally or by design, the latter suggesting they do not want comments here.

I have to wonder if they are even bothering dealing directly with complaint tickets.

As to the slowness,it was bogged down.even before the most recent more content update.

More content means more problems and processor demand.

For myself, I see no need for the troops carrying lanterns and these nor the hero jumping onto targets,nor the magical transformation of invaders via fire and igloo to lair.
