 If so, It might seem to make no sense to you, but perhaps it does to the account holder.

I would guess nothing currently, and never unless the owners decides it's not allowed.

You might ask support of their thoughts on this.

If they are weak as you say, forgo the kingdom peace for a day and hammer them into submition. You are vikings and that is what we do. 😀

even strong players in Jot and Asgard, who are now running under 15 Tril influence are weak ass targets with meat shields so small they become easy targets 

There was a post made some time ago suggesting that performance be used in place of influence to match kingdoms.  It seemed to me a good idea.

Not something Plarium would understand of course.

Maybe the player does not know how to improve the strength of the troops and it is quicker to simply make more troops?
