I assume you mean the support team, not your clan.
You are not the only one who is unhappy with the game and the things they do or don't do.
You haven't shown the forum any evidence that you won 'battle of clans' but it wouldn't make much difference if you had.
Unfortunately it is their game and evidence or none, it's their descision to believe you or not.

I do not know if your account is still active but I post my reply.
A cvc is devided in several categories (troop preparation, rss collecting, town or stronghold upgrating, and so on...).
To win a CVC you must won more categories than the opponent. Even if you have a total points greater than the opponent, you lose the CVC if the previous rule is not fullfilled. If you and your opponent have won the same number of categories than the total points is taken in account.
