Hmmm, a personal attack? Really?... "Sometimes it can be WHO..".........Really? I surely hope you do not actually get Paid for these kind of responses. I mean to personally ATTACK a PAYING customer? I did not deserve that, I did not attack you or anyone. Was I Blunt? yes, Was I direct and to the point? sure. But I certainly hope there is someone above you with more ability to handle customer concerns. I will, of course, be sharing with any and all that will hear how Plarium thinks that those who pay them cash, should be treated.

I  am not going to bother giving the same response in all your repeat posts in the  various sections  on the forum.


I am nothing to do with the game or how its run, and therefore unable to help you directly on an official level,any more than any other player who posts here can.

 

So I am not ignoring your complaint because of the way you asked it  

Best of luck getting your problem sorted out by the administrators and the technicians.

How do you ask the admin. Something. Lot's of my warriors wiped out. Spent LOTS of gold getting them resurrected, but I don't think they were. I'm down tons of warriors......

If you have a technical issue its best to ask in  the technical  support section.

Everyone ought to get a response, but there's lots of players and few administrators, so patience and politeness and relevant information also helps.

The direct contact probably still exists, but it has been mentioned by the admin team, that repeatedly asking the same question or wanting updates just delays matters.
