How do you get Plarium to support what you PAID for?
PAID PRODUCT NOT BEING SUPPORTED ???
I recently bought a boost package with Stronghold Boosts. Our clan needed last minute competition points, so I spent the money. When applying those boosts, even though the game kept deducting the boosts, it kept adding near a full day back to each process. I got jipped on the Stronghold Boosts at least a dozen times that I noticed. What can be done to fix this? Or did I just get ripped off AGAIN? I wrote to Plarium Support, they replied with a ' Oh, sorry, tough luck.' letter.
