There's quite a few equipment pieces missing for a lot of people. Not only are they missing from the crafting list, but also from The inventory of people who already had created them. There doesn't seem to be any explanatory factors that decide which accounts are affected and which aren't. It's been a discriminatory, but growing epidemic since the most recent update was released. Support seems to have been overwhelmed with requests to fix this as their only response is a vague message stating that it has been forwarded to the "specialists" and they will continue to work on it, offering absolutely no time frame for repair and no enlightenment as to what may be triggering this. 

Other items include Gascon's Gear and the Sacral Ring... Likely many more.

  Equipment issues have been fixed. :D You may need to go download the update manually. It didn't prompt the update just by logging in.
