I got welcome back offer only twice(had to go off for 15 days 4 time each) but just got 2 times. rest remained same like super packs are. Yes welcome back offers are best as they contain everything but they stays for only few days once you log in daily. And again CIM i would like to say that offered also differ on how many times you buy them. So if i got a mega pack of 1.5k 2000 energy units then i am not sure i would get the same amount back after 3 months. They do differ as per my observations
But SosoraH as CIM said prices of this special packs are at 4.99/9.99 usd

I've waited 9 weeks I believe, and still...no super or mega packs. Am I missing something? May 12 was last purchase...am I miscounting?

Are you sure about the date of your last purchase?
Recently I read somewhere, most likely on the forum, that you can access a list of your purchases.
Might be worth checking out.
Though historically I am myself a bit dubious about the offers , the waiting times suggested ,and the outcome of not buying anything during the waiting time.

but i don't yet buy these superpack... 4 more week waiting for the hyperpack who give a lot more... total waiting time 12 weeks
last year, superpack waiting time was 4 weeks and hyperpack was 8 weeks... a update in the second half 2017 have add 4 weeks to everything... so, each time that plarium make any update, it is possible that these waiting time change... and of course, they are not the type change that they put in the description of their update... description of update is only about good stuff, bad stuff are state secret

2 more screenshot for compare... first one is the today lucrative offert as normal pack... second is the superpack version of it... have no cities ready for hyperpack but it is somehow +- double of a superpack...

having several cities help me to compare and see how price/profit evolve
second screenshot of previous post show a superpack... next screenshot show what happen if you have buy 1 or more superpack less that 1 week ago...
first screenshot from previous post is second week after a superpack... it is the worst profit in %... then it slightly increase with time... below a example from the same package after 4 week waiting...
if you buy anything, the 8 week counter is reset... worse, if you buy a trap package and increase your tier, you add one more week to the waiting time...
by trap package, i mean these not on sale... a 4.99 packet is a trap... a 9.99 on sale at 4.99 is not a trap... trap will increase your tier from 1 level... all packet will go from 4.99 to 9.99... one more lvl and you are at 19.99... and so on... need to buy nothing for 1 week to drop from 1 lvl... once at the minimum, start the 8 week counter for the best superpack or 12 week for the hyperpack...
after buying a superpack or a hyperpack, if you don't login for 2 week ( previously 1 week )... once you log in after the delay, you will have a "welcome back" pack who can be huge too...

Totally agree with anesfan....developers shift this counters once a while to ensure that players fall in trap of buying and test their patience.
Recently i got another offer which had 500 charms for this elsa the nomad along with 1mil t3 500k t4 250k t5 and 125k t6 along with 1.5mil energy for both shaman and hero also had 1000 of each task refreshers. I forgot the amount of gold but surely if in near future i get this offer again i will screenshot it and put it here as it is considered as mega packs

I remember the new Shaman offer because it was the first time it was available and only a few days ago.
So don't buy the lucrative offer no matter how tempting it is, and how much you want some of the items?
Don't buy anything, and then wait till something good for you turns up?

I got the welcome back pack when i first signed up for vikings on my phone - so im not sure if u have to be away for that long, i think i signed up and then didnt play for 2-3 days and then came back and i had that 200 dollar pack for 9.9 dollar -
i actually didnt buy it at first cus im noob and didnt know how good it was - so i bought 4.9 dollar goold pack and got 350k gold :D
then i see that i get 3.4 million gold in the mega pack and 4 x 500 charms and 15k x 250.000k res :D and ofc i bought it - now im hooked and waiting for another mega pack so i can get some more gold :D

not sure, don't remember the city from where the screenshot was taken... must have be lvl26 or lvl27...
as for the amount of thing in pack, it always vary a little... sometime, there is like a glitch after first superpack purchase and all of the remaining one are show double in the bank offert... not perfect clone but with some slitghly variation

ANESFAN that is the exact same offer I bought when I started, except with sibba, but it was my first ever purchase. Now, I am curious, was that your first purchase or have you purchased packs before that? I'm talking about the 250 charm pack

It also appeared to me that my offers got better up untill my palace hit 21, then they stopped. BUT on my alt, which I have never bought anything, is level 21 and has been active for about a month and am getting the $199 offers for $10, and offers a shit ton of stuff. So I'm assuming those same $199 packs get offered once you wait that "3 month" waiting time, except with less items?

I have not purchased anything for 15 Weeks and yet I still have not got any Good Packs!!! I am lvl 30 but do not see why that should affect my deals..

no my first superpack purchase... it is around 1 1/2 year that i play with 5 cities and i only buy superpack every 2 months... pack with shaman is somehow new because shaman are new... not yet buy a lot of them... begin october, i have 4 cities who will be in the 8 week waiting and i will have more screenshot of superpack then...
